1. CAN YOU SEND ME
FREE SAMPLES?
Because custom designed invitations are
done in small quantities, we do not have
many samples in stock to simply hand out.
We regret this, but it is simply a supply/demand
issue.
2. CAN YOU
SEND ME A CATALOG?
This website serves as our catalog.
3. HOW LONG
WILL MY INVITATION ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Order turnaround is approximately 8 weeks
from the date of your order contract. A
production schedule is created at the start
of each order, and includes specific deadlines
(for receipt of deposit payment, approval
of proofs, etc.) that must be met by the
customer. Innovitations guarantees delivery
of your completed order within 8 weeks from
the date of your contract if all deadlines
are met by the customer.
Keep in mind that you play an important
role in determining how long your order
takes to complete! If you meet the deadlines
outlined in your order contract in a timely
manner, this will help speed up turnaround
of your completed order. Missed deadlines
can add days or weeks to the production
schedule!! If deadlines are missed, Innovitations
will do its best to complete your order
as quickly as possible, but no guarantees
are given as to delivery date.
4. I NEED MY INVITATION ORDER RIGHT AWAY!
CAN YOU DO THIS?
In most cases, Innovitations is able to
accomodate rush orders. Rush charges may
apply, based on the current workload, your
deadline, design ordered and quantity. Please
inquire at time of order for more information.
Rush charges are often necessary for the
following reasons:
(1) Paper, envelopes, etc. must be rush
ordered and therefore rush shipping costs
are incurred (2) Rush charges are billed
by the printer to complete a rush job (3)
Rush shipping is almost always necessary
to get your finished order to you by your
requested deadline. Innovitations' rush
charge covers these costs.
PLEASE NOTE:
Upon receipt of your order, Innovitations
will create a production schedule that includes
specific deadlines (for receipt of payments,
approval of proofs, etc.) that MUST be met
by the customer in order for your requested
delivery deadline to be met. Although we
will make every effort to meet your requested
deadline, Innovitatations will NOT guarantee
delivery by the requested date unless the
outlined deadlines are met by the customer.
5. WHAT PAYMENT
METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Invitation orders may be paid by personal/business
check or money order. Stationery orders
may be paid by personal/business check,
money order or PayPal. Sorry, we are not
able to process credit card payments at
this time; if you wish to pay via credit
card, we will send you an e-bill to pay
through PayPal.com. Let us know if you want
to use PayPal to get you the right info.
6. DO I HAVE
A CHOICE OF PAPERS, COLORS AND TYPESTYLES
FOR MY INVITATIONS?
Yes. If you would like to incorporate a
specific color into one of our designs,
or would like additional paper options,
please email me and let me know what you
have in mind. Innovitations offers a wide
range of exclusive typestyles to choose
from, or we can create something just for
you. Again, please email me your ideas.
I'll be happy to work with you to create
your perfect invitation.
7. WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
All terms and conditions are included in
your Design Contract, which is emailed to
you upon receipt of your order. You must
review and sign off on these terms and submit
the approved contract along with your deposit
payment prior to Innovitations beginning
any work on your order.
8. WHERE IS
INNOVITATIONS LOCATED? DO YOU HAVE A STORE
I CAN VISIT?
Innovitations is located in Hermantown,
MN (outside Duluth). At the current time,
all designs are offered exclusively through
this website.
9. CAN I TALK
TO A REAL PERSON INSTEAD OF DOING EVERYTHING
VIA EMAIL?
Certainly! Although Innovitations has had
great success working with the majority
of its clients online and via email, we
understand that many people are most comfortable
deadling with real person. I do not list
a phone number online simply because Ihave
to juggle my time each day between answering
emails, processing orders, working with
printers & other vendors and assembling
invitations. I have set aside a few hours
each week for phone consultations. Please
email me if you would like to set up a phone
consultation and I will be happy to arrange
this.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?
I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth
in 1997 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts: Graphic
Design emphasis. I have worked for a large
national retail chain doing design, a web
design company and as a freelance designer/artist
with local, regional, and national clients.
When I got married in 2000, I decided to
design my own invitation and many people
liked them so much that I began to do friends
and family. The rest is history!
11. DO ALL
OF YOUR INVITATIONS COME FULLY ASSEMBLED?
All pieces that make up your invitation
package come shrink wrapped separately.
Sorry, but you will need to stuff envelopes.
